Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €8.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to assess the product, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@rolleman.nl. We will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.

How do I return an item?

RETURNS

Please note for shoes: every pair has a yellow seal label. Leave the label intact and attached to the shoes if you want to exchange or return them. Has the label been removed? Then please contact us first at info@rolleman.nl so that we can assess your return request according to the applicable rules.

1. Pack the item
Place the product in its original packaging and ensure it is well protected during shipping.

2. Add the return form
Fill out the return form and add it to the package. Lost the form?

3. Send the package
Cut out the return address label from the return form and stick it on the package. Send it to our return address with sufficient postage.

4. Refund
You will receive the purchase price back in your account within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

1. Pack and return
Follow steps 1-3 of the return procedure above.

2. Order the new item immediately
Don't want to wait? Order the new item directly on the website. Contact us via WhatsApp if you have questions about the exchange.

3. Shipping costs
Any shipping costs for the new order can be settled via WhatsApp using a Tikkie.

4. Refund for the original item
After processing your return, you will receive the amount for the returned item back within 14 days.

Tip: Order the new item immediately to prevent it from selling out.

Free products with your order

With certain orders, you will receive a free gift. The higher your order amount, the more valuable the free product.

How the gift bar works
The gift bar in your shopping cart shows which gift corresponds to which order amount and how much more you need to reach the next step. The gifts may vary depending on the promotion. Therefore, always check the gifts and amounts shown in the bar at the time of ordering.

Example of four gift steps
A gift tier could, for example, consist of steps starting from €35, €60, €125, and €200. A higher step corresponds to a more valuable gift. These are example amounts: the amounts and gifts may vary depending on the promotion. The gift bar you see when placing your order reflects the promotion valid at that time.

Returning with a free product:

Full return (return all products):
Send the free product back with it. You will then receive a full refund for the items you paid for.

Partial return (keep some products):

• Return the free product = full refund for the returned items
• Keep the free product = the value of the free product is deducted from your refund

Example:
You order for €120 and receive a free product worth €15. You return €50 worth of items:

• Free product sent back = €50 refund
• Free product kept = €35 refund (€50 - €15)

Forgot to send the free product back?
No problem. We will automatically deduct the value from your refund.

⚠️ Returning Bundles & Combination Deals

Bundle discounts and combination deals are valid when purchasing the complete set. In the event of a partial return, the discount is forfeited and you pay the regular price for the kept items.

Full return:
Return all components. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Partial return:

• The bundle discount is forfeited on the kept items
• The regular price of the kept item is deducted from your purchase amount
• You will receive the remaining amount back

Example:
You buy two items as a discounted combination deal. You return one item. The discount is forfeited — the regular price of the item you keep is deducted from what you paid. You will receive the difference back.

When will I receive my money back?

After approving your return, we will process the refund immediately. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• iDEAL/Mollie: 1-3 business days
• Credit card: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: Immediately up to 24 hours

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
